Spia avaria motore fissa!

Salve ragazzi, purtroppo ho un problema che ancora non sono riuscito ne a capire ne a risolvere...
Ho la spia avaria motore sempre accesa!
Tramite VAG, nella diagnosi mi porta la sigla "diesel particulate filter" ma mi sembra strano sia quello perché il FAP sporco ha la spia del silenziatore...
Andando dal meccanico mi ha detto che è il FAP e che devo pulirlo....
Sul libretto uso e manutenzione della macchina per quella spia mi porta "problema al catalizzatore"
Ho cercato di pulire il fap facendo molti km andando a 2500 giri e 70 km/h ripetendo più volte il processo ma nulla...
Ora non so dove sbattere la testa per capire cosa sia...il vag non mi è d'aiuto perché anche se cancello la spia torna dopo qualche settimana...
A qualcuno di voi è successo?
Se dovesse servire la mia è una 6R bluemotion 1.2 TDI

PS. Quanti km hai? Tragitti percorsi generalmente? A quanti km cambi olio e che olio utilizzi? Che diesel utilizzi?

Attualmente ho 139mila Km;
generalmente uso l'auto per tragitti brevi e occasionalmente faccio percorsi lunghi (tipo 1 volta o 2 volte a settimana);
l'olio lo cambio (o meglio lo aggiungo a quello che c'è già) ogni 10mila Km e uso il Castrol 5w30;
finora ho usato sempre il diesel classico, l'ultimo pieno l'ho fatto col blu diesel+ e poi ho messo 2 spruzzi leggeri di WD-40 nel serbatoio nella speranza che se fosse davvero sto maledetto fap riesca a pulirsi meglio..

Scusa il ritardo..
Alla fine era il sensore di pressione del fap!
Si trova come alzi il cofano motore, a sinistra del cupolone che copre il motore.
Ha uno spinotto elettrico e ci sono attaccati due tubi attaccati sotto.
L'ho cambiato io stesso ritirandolo su internet.
Il pezzo in questione ha questa forma

Grazie, oggi controllo , io sono convinto che è un falso problema elettrico che gli arriva in centralina, se fosse un "vero" problema del fap, il sistema avrebbe messo in sicurezza l'auto limitandone le prestazioni..
La macchina va bene e non accusa problemi ...

Ciao , ho trovato il sensore che hai sostituito, ma qualcosa non mi torna,... perchè rivedendo la stampa della tua Autodiagnosi, nel tuo caso, l'errore fa riferimento preciso a quel pressostato (
.14131 - Diesel Particle Filter; Differential Pressure Sensor ) a me invece l'errore è diverso ,
(1 Fault Found: 15536 forse si rifersce ad un altro sensore,) non vorrei fare un intervento sbagliato.

Beh sinceramente potrebbero essere tante cause, o meglio sicuramente qualche sensore come nel mio caso, ma visto che il vag non conosce il codice è difficile trovare quale sia la causa.
Se può esserti utile ho cercato solo la dicitura "1 Fault Found: 15536" e portano a qualche sensore che riguarda la valvola EGR ma purtroppo non so nemmeno dove si trova sta valvola quindi su questo non saprei aiutarti.

n. 15536, io NON lo trovo in nessun elenco errori Volkswagen che ho scaricato da Internet,,,
Personaalmente sono convinto che è un "falso errore" elettrico e che l' EGR , come valvola , non c'entri niente , ma di conseguenza a quell'allarme, sia bloccata in un'apertura fissa che gli permette di svolgere il suo lavoro, se pure in parte...
