avete visto che vw italia ha messo mi piace sul commento "auto migliori del mondo"? a noi non hanno scritto nemmno attendete per chiarimenti...
provo a buttare giu in inglese qualcosa, non sono una cima ma ci provo:
Hi VW,
i speak for many people who have bought a VW in Italy thinking of buy a great car.
I have a golf 6 1.6 tdi 105cv my 2010 (other people have a vw polo, seat leon or skoda octavia - all fitted with a 1.6 tdi) with some problems.
In summary, at first my car (like all the other) starts knocking like a farm tractor. Your dealer (where i bought the car) tries to solve with a SW upgrade without any benefit. So i have payed a counsel to drive the dealer into action and after 3 months they replaced the 4 injectors of my car.
From then on my car knocks a little but the car uses to much diesel (it's impossible to drive more than 16 km with a litre) and has lots of patchiness at the start, speeding up from 1000rpm to 2000rpm.
Your dealers say that there isn't a new SW to upgrade my car (my sw version is 8831 H23 but a friend with a vw golf 1.6 tdi 105 cv my 2012 has a new sw version 9052 H43 and he has no problems) and so i have to keep my car in these conditions.
Other dealers say that they are waiting for a SW upgrade since september 2011!
Now we think that you are making fun of us. So, in the absence of a solution, we are ready to start a legal action against VW International and VW Group Italia.
I hope to get an answer from you as your italian dealers and VW Group Italia don't provide details.

CAYA = 1.6 TDI 75 CV/55 KW (non più in produzione sulla Polo 6R)
CAYB = 1.6 TDI 90 CV/66 KW
CAYC= 1.6 TDI 105 CV/77 KW (mai entrato in produzione in Italia sulla Polo 6R)

si ok pero è un modo di far capire che ci siamo rotti e devono darci una risposta. io volevo infatti fare una mail unica con i nomi di tutti in modo da essere contattati poi da Verona ognuno di noi dicendo nome cognome città e numero di telefono

C'è anche la possibilità di contattare la rubrica del TG5 "indignato speciale"...oggi ho visto il servizio di un piccolo imprenditore che si lamentava delle spese di INPS ANTICIPATE per i propri dipendenti nel momento in cui nasceva la sua piccola impresa (era un ristorante)...insomma un problema di simile se non minor importanza del nostro...l'indirizzo per le segnalazioni è indignatospeciale@mediaset.it

gia scritto ma alvolante e quattroruote se ne sbattono visto che la vw paga per le pubblicita sui Loro giornali. certo è che se facciamo questa lettera con i dati di ognuno compreso il telaio la possiamo mandare a tutti!
