Beh il byte 12 è l'attivazione delle Luci di svolta invece questo del Byte 21 ho trovato questa spiegazione in "inglish"
"When the lights are switched on and the car drives less than 20 km/h (or is it 15km/h?) the fog lights
can be activated by the car to act as cornering lights. This happens when the steering wheel is turned a certain
number of degrees and/or when the blinking lights are switched on. This means the cornering lights are also
activated when the car is waiting for a traffic light, the wheels are straight and the blinker is on. Some people find
this silly and rather have the cornering lights not active at that time. Use this bit to disable this option. The cornering
lights are still activated when the wheel angle is large enough."

Ciao a tutti. domani proverò a vaggare la mia polo per la prima volta e sinceramente non so se ci riuscirò. Io userò il vcds 11.2. quando andrò in coding o adaptation troverò il nome(ovv in inglese) delle labels da vidimare?

Nn ricordo una cosa: le labels ci sono sulla 10.6 che si usa col cavo clone?

Ben le labels per la 6R sono state aggiornate nella 11.2 e quindi sono presenti anche nella 10.6.4 e nella 11.3! Qualsiasi di queste tre sono aggiornate! In ogni caso se hai un cavetto vecchio le puoi sempre aggiornare con il metodo descritto qui

peccato che il software si installa e i driver no...maledetto windows 7 64bit...lo elimino subito!

i driver si installano a 64bit.
Dopo aver installato il software, vai nella cartella VCDS e fai doppio click su DPins64 (mi pare).

Oppure dopo aver collegato il cavetto, vai su dispositivi e stampanti, tasto destro su ROSS-HEX-USB, proprieta, cambia impostazione, installa driver e manualmente punti sulla cartella VCDS....

io consiglierei inoltre di mettere anche le info utili (quasi faq) in un post (tipo il primo o il secondo). ad esempio il post precedente, ovvero l'installazione dei drivers del cavo su sistemi a 64 bit, la metterei "in rilievo"...

Finalmente ho collegato il cavo alla mia poletta....ho esaminato il modulo 9...ho attivato la chiusura porte/ apertura automatica e tramite il channel 43 portato i lampeggii da 3 a 5...ma tutte le altre labels, ovviamente in inglese , che significato hanno? Dato che oggi non ho niente da fare vi elenco tutte le voci che non ho attive....magari possono servire anche ad altri:
1. Remote control whit "Terminal 15 ON" active
2. Central locking re-locking (after 30 seconds) active
3. Rain closing active
4. Acoustical locking confirmation (horn) active
5. Acoustical unlocking confirmation (horn) active
6. Anti-theft-system sounder/sirenen port active (0=Simple-horn installed / 1=backup siren (lin) installed)
7. Siren tone type (0= frequency modulated / 1=discontinuoud)

24. Parking light ON with "Terminal 15 ON" le luci di parcheggio a quadro spento si disabilitano
27. Brake lights OFF while Terminal 15 OFF se premi il freno si accendono gli stop a quadro spento
40. Horn with "terminal 15 OFF" inactive Ti fa funzionare il clacson quando hai il quadro spento
41. Battery separating relay actice boh, ma questa è na cosa che non c'è su tutte le polo, hanno messo tipo un relè di sicurezza sulla batteria che attiva tutto il resto dell'elttronica su comando della centralina, mi pare

Esplorano il modulo 17, instrument, ho notato che sono presenti solamente 3 byte:14,0A e 00(vuoto)
Nel byte 14 devo scegliere da un menu a tendina una delle voci presenti, come mostrano le foto.

Nel byte 0A ci ono queste due voci non selezionate
50. Brakepad warning active/installed
51. Washer fluid warning active/installed

E' normale che nel modulo 17 ci siano cosi pochi labels?
