attento in germania hanno la libertà di fare alcune cose che in italia non sono permesse per futili motivi, ma è pur vero che in italia con una multa e a volte manco quella e ce la caviamo... in germania chi infrange la legge è meglio che espatri altrimenti saranno c. suoi

la barra è della OMP codice: MA/1857 per seat ibiza 6l 1.9 tdi dal 2002.
prezzo incredibile 71€!!!!

I am Roman (it's my name, I am not from Rome), a staffmember from the company ("Naber") who sell the SEAT- (Skoda/VW) Domstrebe on ebay.

1. Some of you sent e-mails to us. We only speak ENGLISH and GERMAN. Some of you use automated internet-translation-machines. These translated machines are not good, your mails looking (really!!) like bookings for a hotel-room ;-)
Because of this we have now registered to this forum the get better in contact with you.

2. We are VERY SORRY. We've made some mistake with the number of available bars. This was our fault. This was because we don't sell only at ebay (we have also a store department, an onlinestore and use some onlineplaces). We've sell much of the bars in the last week. In the moment we have about 15 customers who wait for the bars. I don't know exactly how much came from Italia and how much from polovw.it, but I think it will be <5.

3. Anybody who has allready paid his bar (but don't get a shipping-info from us) will get back his money back if the don't want wait. Give us information, and we will refund the money a few minutes after we'll read your mail.
We are not cheating, we are not robber, we are no thief, we only made a little mistake. We are on business since about 6 years, we are on of the biggest online-dealers for VAG-items (especially SEAT) in Germany and send every day much parcels in the whole world. Only at ebay (it's not our only channel) we've made about 15.000 deals in the last years, and we get ZERO negative feedbacks from our customers. I think this is a very unusual achievement. You see, we are a very honestly dealer.

4. - If you sure that you don't want the bar, then drop us a mail, then you'll get money back.
- If you want to wait, you have also the possibility to get your money back later
- If you want your money back now, and later you change your opinion, you could pay us later again when the bars are ready for shipping
= EVERYTHING WHAT YOU WANT IS POSSIBLE. OK?

5. We haven't now a very detailed delivery-date. Our last info (from friday) is that the bars are available again in the "next weeks". In the moment we can't say more date-details.

6. I've read this thread with an (badly) online-translator and read very bad things ... maybe these are wrong translations by the translator, or you've really write such bad thing about our company. I've read about wrong prices and discounts, about wrong shipping-costs, and and and.
OK, we do have made a fault with the number of items and stock. But we DON'T made other prices like agreed, we DON'T made other shipping-prices like agreed, we've DON'T ... if anybody think that there was a problem, please tell it to us.

7. Anybody have said that's not possible to pay with paypal. This is wrong. We get everyday dozens of paypal-payment (we don't need paypal in our own country, but in some countries like Italia the customers like it). Every Italian-customers has the possibility to choose between banktransfer and paypal. If you have choosen banktransfer, you've made a click at the wrong field (and also have confirmed it on the summery-page). But it's not a problem, we could change such things.

I do not think you are thieves as none of polovw.it especially after your welcome response.

In other words: we was looking long ago for those "bars", and you can't expect festive posts in the moment we've discovered that we've paid for an item that was yet sold to someone else...

Hi iweissni, I'm Gabriele Latino (I wrote you an email a few days ago).
Our mistrust was born because we supposed that when a serious seller puts a certain number of items on ebay, he puts this exact number of item "in a corner" to avoid to be sold to someone else, that's the reason because you read a lot of regret posts.

If anybody is interested, I will tell the "know & how":

I think in Germany ebay is very much bigger and more commercial business like at Ebay-Italia. At Ebay Italia there are about 900.000 different offers, at Ebay Germany there are about 31.000.000 different offers (= 34x more than Italia!).
When you look at much offers at Ebay Germany, some the sellers has indicated 200 items or more in one offer. In 99% of theses cases the seller has NOT this big numbers on own stock. If they sell much numbers in a short time, they have to order it from manufacter. This is not unusual. I know that's not the perfect way, but it's often necessary because of ebay-website-technic and other reasons.
It's everytime a problem to have current stock-numbers at ebay, especially when a seller make offers also on another places (own show, own store ...).
At standard we list every product with 4 pieces at ebay (also when we have 50 pieces on stock), and when anybody buy a product, the stock will increased to 4 again after 24 or 48 hours. This system will go completely automated.

In 99,9% this system works perfectly. In most times when a product is out of stock, we get more items in 1-3 days, and the customer does not notice that the product were not on stock.
Only when there is also a unexpected problem at manufacter (like with these bars), we get problems with customers.
Fortunately this is only about 2-3 times a year (at many thousand sells!). But I am VERY sorry that this problem is between US. You could believe this, because we have on of the best customer-feedbacks at whole Ebay-Germany.
